Our Definition of Diversity

Diversity is appreciating and embracing the differences that make each individual unique. Those differences may be one or more of the classes protected under Title VII which include; race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, age, disability, and veteran status, however these are not limited to Title VII and may include: sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, physical or mental ability, or any other differences such as life experiences, life circumstances, education, geographic location or anything else that allows an individual to bring a unique perspective to an organization.
